Tara is a former senior policy leader, HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist, and qualified digital Clinical Safety Officer (CSO). Her experience spans health science, national policy, digital health and service design.

Tara has held senior policy roles within the Department of Health and Social Care, where her work included the development of national policy and design of health services. This includes the NHS Health Check Online and its home blood sampling pathway, CVD prevention initiatives, and policy evaluation.

Alongside Antheon Health, she leads strategic insights across digital health and technologies within a national health research organisation.

Her experience spans clinical safety and DCB0129/0160 compliance, evidence and evaluation, health policy development and service design, and commercial procurement. Her career has spanned NHS trusts, central government departments, research organisations, and life science companies, interfacing with local governments, third sector orgs, and industry. This breadth of experience informs her understanding of the practical challenges of implementing innovations sustainably and at-scale.

She holds formal qualifications, including a Master in Public Administration, Social and Public Policy, and a first-class BSc Biomedical Sciences.
